FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

Has my order shipped?

You’ll receive an email when your order is shipped to you which contains a tracking number and link to the tracking page in your Quartz Cove account. Or you can sign in to the “My Account” tab in the upper right corner of our site at any time to see the status of your order.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders generally ship 2-5 days after they are placed, although sometimes sooner. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. We do not guarantee shipping or delivery dates or times. Please refer to the details of our shipping policy at https://thequartzcove.com/pages/shipping-and-returns.

 

When will my order arrive?

USPS First Class generally takes 2-3 days to be delivered once it is accepted by USPS. Please note that once we have handed a package over for shipping we no longer have control over it. If an unexpected error or delay occurs once your package is in transit, please contact USPS for further assistance.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes! After checkout you’ll be sent to your custom checkout page, which has the details of your order and live tracking information.You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is placed with a link to that page so you can easily get back to it. You’ll also get another email when your order is packed which contains your USPS tracking number and a direct link to USPS tracking.

 

Where will my order ship from?

All orders from The Quartz Cove are packed in and shipped from Bellingham, Washington.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not at this time. At the moment we are only serving customers within the United States. We hope to expand soon, though, so stay tuned.

 

My tracking number isn’t working or showing movement. Why not?

USPS often takes up to 24 hours to update the status of a package after it is received. At busy time like holidays this can sometimes take even longer. On rare occasion tracking does not work at all even though a package is in transit. If it has been 5 days since you received tracking information and your package is still not showing movement, please contact USPS with your tracking number for assistance.

 

What if I want to cancel my order?

If a cancelation request is put in before an item ships, we are happy to cancel your order and refund your payment, minus a 20% restocking fee.

 

What is your return policy?

We are proud of our quality quartz products and stand by them 100%. If you’re unhappy with your quartz purchase for any reason, as long as the products remain unused, you are welcome to return them for a refund for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Depending on the situation we might hold on to a 20% restocking fee, which is applied at our discretion. What do I do if my order is wrong or something arrives broken?

If you get a broken piece, please save all the packaging, take pictures of the nail, and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Do not attempt to use your broken product. In most cases we’ll ask you to return the broken item to us and provide a pre-paid return label to do so. We will then either issue a replacement or refund, depending on the product, the situation, and your preference.

 

What if I’ve used my product, can I still return it?

The Quartz Cove WILL NOT accept ANY product that has been at all used or is not in it’s original condition. Any used item we receive will be discarded immediately and no compensation will be provided. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any product sent to us for a replacement or refund based on looks and/or smell. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.

 

I broke my piece! Can I get a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately unless it arrives to you broken, we cannot return or exchange any broken items. Once it’s unpacked and in your hands, we have no control over what happens to it. It’s all on you! And once again, broken or not, we cannot accept any returns on used items.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Diner’s Club and JBC. We also accept Apple Pay. Unfortunately we do not accept paypal. There are no exceptions to this, as it is due to paypal’s own restrictions. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds can take up to 72 business hours after you receive a refund notice to process.

 

Do you require a signature confirmation on delivery?

Generally only on orders over $100. If you’d like to add this feature to your order, please drop us a line.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Since The Quartz Cove is located in Washington State, we only collect sales tax on orders from within Washington State. If that’s you, you’ll be charged a 6.5% WA State Tax plus a small 1-3% Municipal Tax in addition to your order total. On the upside though, you’ll get your order much faster!

 

Who has access to my credit card information, and is my personal info safe?

The Quartz Cove is very serious about keeping your information safe and secure. All credit card processing is handled by Authorize.net, one of the most well-known and trusted payment processing companies in the world. All customer information is housed on Shopify.net, which also one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms available. In addition we obtain 3rd-party security verification from McAfee Secure, yet another very well known and trusted security service.
