Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving them, though sometimes sooner.

To keep things simple orders over $50 are shipped FREE via USPS First Class Mail within the Continental United States.

Shipping costs are based on weight and size. Most smaller orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail.

It is our goal to get you your order as soon as possible. Orders generally arrive within 2-3 business days of shipping. Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Contact us at info@thequartzcove.com for more information on express shipping and other shipping options. 

     We do not guarantee shipping or arrival dates/times.

 

Tracking:

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number.

We promise to ship your order promptly. Once it has been submitted to USPS or other carriers, however, The Quartz Cove cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen or unavoidable delays. To avoid additional delays or possible fees, please provide us with your current and accurate shipping address. The package will be delivered or left at the door based on the individual discretion of the delivery driver. The Quartz Cove will not take responsibility for any package that is damaged, lost or stolen after it has been delivered. We recommend that you track your package and ensure that there is a qualified individual available to receive it upon delivery.

 

RETURNS:

The Quartz Cove values our customers' satisfaction and wants to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Therefore we offer a money back guarantee on all our products with prices ending in .99 excluding sale items, minus the cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them, and be returned to us with the packing slip that arrived with the items. To return an item contact us at info@thequartzcove.com to inform us of the return and let us know the reason for it.

Please note that The Quartz Cove cannot accept ANY product that has been at all used or is not in it’s original condition. Any used item we receive will be discarded immediately and no compensation will be provided. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any product sent to us for a replacement or refund based on looks and/or smell. We cannot make exception to this policy.

Glass pieces with prices that end in .00 are not eligible for returns.

If you receive anything that is damaged or your order is incorrect:

You must take pictures documenting the condition of the package upon arrival, and contact us at info@thequartzcove.com within 24 hours of receiving your package to qualify for an exchange. In the email please explain the nature of the damage or error. Please retain original packing materials to return to us along with your item. We will ask you to send us the item or broken pieces, and we will either send you a prepaid return label or refund your shipping costs and send you a replacement when we receive your item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping goods that value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
